The Loaf 'N Jug Chile & Frijoles Festival in Pueblo, Colorado, draws more than 90,000 spectators to Union Avenue to enjoy music, exhibits and, of course, chiles. Each year farmers in the Greater Pueblo region plant nearly 300 acres of chiles and 500 acres of frijoles, and this festival is a celebration of the harvest and the culture of the region.
